At GÅVA Gifting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and gift selections. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original GÅVA packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
